Refund Policy

We want you to love your TreeLight. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible returns
- Items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, email us at treelight42@outlook.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your kit arrives damaged, has missing parts, or does not work, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to pay any return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
