Shipping Policy

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Delivery time
Orders ship from the USA and usually arrive within 5–7 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Holiday orders
Carriers get very busy in December. For delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 12. After that date we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee delivery before December 25.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or it arrives damaged, email us at treelight42@outlook.com with your order number and we'll help make it right.
